Woolly Mammoth Tusk
Genuine Ice Age material, from an animal that once roamed the ancient northern landscape. Mammoths used their long, curved tusks to scrape snow and ice away from vegetation, defend themselves from predators, compete for mates, and display dominance within the herd.
After thousands of years of natural preservation, the tusk is stabilized under immense pressure, then cut, shaped, and polished by our craftspeople. Colors run from clean and softly clouded white to warm brown, honey, and caramel. No two sections are alike.
